Our standard rate is $75 per hour for in-shop work at our Lincoln Square Mall location or $100 per hour for onsite assistance, with a minimum of one hour labor for diagnostics and repair. If a particular repair or project would take more than the first hour, our technicians will let you know about the estimated cost to complete the project, based on materials and how much longer it will take to complete.

I understand that Volo technicians have been trained to perform computer hardware and software work, but Volo is not an authorized service dealer. Further, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Volo from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any computer work performed on my computer, even if caused by negligence of Volo or its agent. I understand that Volo is not responsible for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on my computer. I certify that I am the expressed owner of the computer system described in this document. In the event that I am found not to be the true expressed owner of this computer system, I assume all liability for any claim made as the result of the technical support rendered by Volo on this computer system, including those claims which assert negligence on the part of Volo. I understand that technical support rendered by Volo may void manufacturer warranties for this computer system. Volo does not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided. I understand that Volo offers no verbal or written warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the success of this technical support. I expressly waive all claims against Volo for any damages to this computer system or data that are incidental to the technical support rendered by Volo. Regarding my data, I understand that Volo will take all commercially reasonable steps to maintain and/or recover my data, but that I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT AN ADEQUATE BACKUP HAS BEEN MADE PRIOR TO DELIVERY OF ANY EQUIPMENT TO VOLO and I agree that Volo is not liable for any data loss, for any reason. I certify that I will pay, in full, for the services rendered on this computer system at the current rate of $75/hr for in-shop work plus $100/hr for on-site work plus any equipment needed. I hereby give my consent to Volo to reach out to me via email, text, or phone with occasional marketing messages, in addition to communications related to this repair and my account in general. Computer system is defined as: Hardware (CPU enclosure, mouse, keyboard, printer, monitor and associated cables), software (operating system software, applications software and related software) and the additional physical devices specified in the comments box on the front of this document. Data is defined as: Any information not part of operating system software, applications system software or related software that is stored on the computer system described in this document or on any device that interacts with the computer system described in this document
