It allows you to get immediate, remote support for many of the issues not covered under Volo's standard Internet Access Support and fast, on-site support for even more issues, including:
- Virus removal
- Spyware removal
- Software installation
- Hardware installation
- Networking computers and devices
- Computer configuration and setup
- Printer setup
- Microsoft program usage
- Email software setup
and many more common computer problems. To use this service, just follow the steps below.
Four simple steps:
- Go to: volo.net/instant-support
- Enter your account number and password (provided in your Volo statement).
- Agree to the terms of service.
- Sit back and relax as a technician diagnoses and fixes the problem.
Volo has designed this service to be easy to use, convenient, and cost effective. Many problems can be resolved over the phone while you wait, and we provide a pickup service to handle the rest!
Pricing:
- No fee if we can’t find the problem
- $20 for diagnosis, $30 for the first 30 minutes of repair labor
- $20 for each additional 15 minutes of repair labor
- $20 pickup/drop off or on-site labor fee
Instant Support charges will be billed to your Volo account.
