Some advanced users require custom firewall, router, and VPN setups, or would benefit from advanced diagnostic capabilities. Our Advanced service includes everything the Basic service does, but also supports these advanced features. We recommend this service to businesses that use a VPN or that have their own firewall and someone that maintains it.
The Setup fee includes a standard antenna mount, optional grounding kit, cable (run up to 100 ft to a suitable entry point), installation of a wall jack immediately after the cable entry, and set up and testing of Volo equipment at the customer site. Technicians can accomodate custom mounting needs, additional wire runs, installation of networking equipment, and set up of customer equipment on a time+materials basis. Please let us know in advance if any extra services or equipment will be required. All outside electronic and radio equipment remains the property of Volo Broadband.
