ACP Update

The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare, and more. The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service for eligible customers. However, the FCC anticipates ACP funding will run out if Congress does not provide additional funding. Currently, the FCC expects consumers who are enrolled in the ACP to continue to receive their full benefit on their internet service through at least April 2024. If this program ends, you will no longer be able to receive the ACP monthly discount. Unfortunately, the FCC has also closed enrollment for this program as of 11:59pm on February 7th, 2024.

Volo is committed to providing access to high-speed broadband internet for the communities we serve, and we understand the importance of this program. We encourage you to help us advocate to keep the continuance of this program by telling Congress how important the ACP program is to you by visiting: ACP Advocacy - National Digital Inclusion Alliance

Volo will do our best to keep you informed on the future of the ACP program as we receive more information. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
