The purpose of this memorandum is to give effect to the agreement between the employer and the Research Council Workers` Association on the period of implementation of the collective agreement. 2.3 The English and French texts of this agreement are official. 51.4 By mutual agreement, the parties may use a mediator to resolve a complaint of discrimination.
