Volo Emergency Broadband Benefit Program

Need help paying your internet bill? Volo can help!

The new Emergency Broadband Benefit Program from the FCC can discount household internet bills by $50/month for households struggling to pay for internet service during the pandemic.

Whether you’re a current Volo customer or not, we can help. To participate, you’ll need to work with us to determine if you’re eligible and access this funding assistance.

To qualify, at least one member of your household must meet at least one of these criteria:

  • Income at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or participating in certain assistance programs, such as SNAP, Medicaid, or Lifeline
  • Approved to receive benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision in the 2019-2020 or 2020-2021 school year
  • Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year
  • Experienced a substantial loss of income due to job loss or furlough since February 29, 2020 and the household had a total income in 2020 at or below $99,000 for single filers and $198,000 for joint filers

If you qualify, you’ll receive $50 off per month on your Volo Internet services. It is hoped that this discount will run through to six months after the pandemic is declared over.

Sign up below to see if you qualify for an internet subsidy discount. Once verified through the National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD), a Volo representative can help enroll you in the EBBP Program and the FCC will start subsidizing your Volo bill.
