Volo's standard Internet Access support is available for free, 24/7, at (217) 367-8656 and online. Standard Support covers troubleshooting and maintenance for the Volo equipment installed at your location and the wire that runs from that equipment into your house. It doesn't cover computer problems or network problems that might occur between your computer and that wire.
